What To Expect From A Soul Fitness Coaching Program:
- Free Strategy Session and Initial Consultation - This is a 45-60 minute session where we dive deep into your personal health and wellness history, and determine what direction to start in for your coaching.
- Phone calls every week (or every other week, depending on which program you invest in), during which we will discuss your progress, questions, challenges, new information to try on for size, and customized Action Steps and recommendations for moving forward.
- Email support between sessions for questions related to your health coaching.
- A variety of handouts, resources, recipes and other materials.
- Personalized Coaching, with customized Action Steps just for you. Depending on the length of program you choose and which areas of your life you want different results in first, your coaching may include, but is not limited to, the following areas:
