Join me today for a quick eight-minute affirmation session to practice building inner confidence. You are welcome to find a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations silently, stand in front of a mirror and make eye contact with yourself as you repeat the affirmations out loud, or just go about your business while listening, letting your subconscious retain the messages meant for you. If anything doesn't feel aligned for you, you can simply bless and release it before moving on. There is no wrong way to practice confidence!
