Affirmations for Gratitude and Appreciation

It's always the right time to get grateful. After all, gratitude is one of the highest vibrating frequencies we can tune into, which in turn allows our energy to work FOR us.

Join me for this week's Soul Fitness affirmation session - a quick 10-minute practice to send some intentional energy towards appreciation for all that has been, all that is, and all that will be, because what you pay attention to is what you'll always get more of.

You are welcome to find a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations silently, stand in front of a mirror and make eye contact with yourself as you repeat the affirmations out loud, or just go about your business while listening, letting your subconscious retain the messages meant for you. If anything doesn't feel aligned for you, you can simply bless and release it before moving on.

It's all happening now, and it all starts here.

I don't know about you, but I am certain that all the success I've already experienced is merely a taste of the massive success yet to come!

Join me for today's quick and easy affirmation session to practice vibrating at the frequency of the unlimited, inevitable success of which we are each worthy and deserving.

You are welcome to find a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations silently, stand in front of a mirror and make eye contact with yourself as you repeat the affirmations out loud, or just go about your business while listening, letting your subconscious retain the messages meant for you. If anything doesn't feel aligned for you, you can simply bless and release it before moving on.

Remember, affirmations are a way of responding to the Universe's invitation of "You go first and I'll join you."

As someone who has experienced both the joy of beautiful, long-lasting friendships and the sharp edge of outgrown dynamics, I have a deep appreciation for attracting positive relationships into my life.  Add to that the strangeness of moving to a new city in a new state in a new area of the country during a pandemic, when meeting and socializing new people is highly regarded as a Very Bad Idea, and that appreciation grows tenfold.

Hello, beautiful people!

It's Election Day here in the United States, which fees like a perfect opportunity to take 10 short minutes for practicing affirmations to ignite our inherent inner calm and invite peaceful energy to surround us, come what may.


You are welcome to find a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations silently, stand in front of a mirror and make eye contact with yourself as you repeat the affirmations out loud, or just go about your business while listening, letting your subconscious retain the messages meant for you. As always, if something I say doesn't resonate for you, you are invited to bless and release it before simply moving on.

We all deserve to feel peace and calm in our bodies, minds, and souls, and it is my sincere wish that this helps you do it! ​

  • My mind knows peace.
