It's always the right time to get grateful. After all, gratitude is one of the highest vibrating frequencies we can tune into, which in turn allows our energy to work FOR us.
Join me for this week's Soul Fitness affirmation session - a quick 10-minute practice to send some intentional energy towards appreciation for all that has been, all that is, and all that will be, because what you pay attention to is what you'll always get more of.
You are welcome to find a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations silently, stand in front of a mirror and make eye contact with yourself as you repeat the affirmations out loud, or just go about your business while listening, letting your subconscious retain the messages meant for you. If anything doesn't feel aligned for you, you can simply bless and release it before moving on.
