Affirmations for Gratitude and Appreciation

It's always the right time to get grateful. After all, gratitude is one of the highest vibrating frequencies we can tune into, which in turn allows our energy to work FOR us.

Join me for this week's Soul Fitness affirmation session - a quick 10-minute practice to send some intentional energy towards appreciation for all that has been, all that is, and all that will be, because what you pay attention to is what you'll always get more of.

You are welcome to find a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed and repeat the affirmations silently, stand in front of a mirror and make eye contact with yourself as you repeat the affirmations out loud, or just go about your business while listening, letting your subconscious retain the messages meant for you. If anything doesn't feel aligned for you, you can simply bless and release it before moving on.

It's all happening now, and it all starts here. 

Soul Fitness Affirmations for Gratitude and Appreciation

  • I am grateful, now.
  • There is power in gratitude.
  • I give thanks for this new moment in this new day.
  • I can always find something to be grateful for.
  • Breath comes in, breath goes out.
  • Thank you, Universe. Thank you again.
  • I am surrounded by blessings.
  • This breath is a gift.
  • There is beauty around me and within me, right now.
  • Things just keep getting better.
  • My life is a fun place to be.
  • I am thankful for my safety.
  • I am thankful for my health.
  • I am thankful for my friends.
  • I am thankful for all the ways love shows up in my life.
  • I am thankful for all the ways money shows up in my life.
  • I am thankful for all the ways help shows up exactly when I need it.
  • Whatever has happened and whatever does happen, I know I can be grateful again.
  • I welcome all the ways the Universe wants to bless me.
  • I choose to see this season of my life through a lens of appreciation.
  • My thanksgiving is perpetual.
  • I am grateful for reminders that love is the answer.
  • Appreciation expands my perspective in helpful, healing ways.
  • The more grateful I am, the more there is to be grateful for.
  • I bring a grateful spirit to each action I take and each decision I make.
  • My words reflect my appreciation.
  • Even devastation is an opportunity for transformation.
  • I am best friends with gratitude.
  • I accept all the joy and abundance surfacing in my life.

  • My blessings outnumber my troubles.
  • I am grateful for the ability to co-create my reality.
  • The better life gets is the better life gets is the better life gets.

  • When I say yes to life, it says yes to me.
  • I am always becoming more aligned with my life purpose.
  • I am grateful for my body.
  • I am grateful for my breath.
  • I am grateful for the people who love me, the people who challenge me, and the people who bring out my best.
  • What a time to be alive!
  • It is now safe to release past trauma and choose to move forward with love.
  • There is enough for everyone to thrive.
  • I celebrate my and others' success.
  • Life is unfolding in my favor.
  • Life works out for me.
  • I am an open channel for receiving.
  • My day begins and ends with gratitude.
  • Gratitude fills my heart, leads my thoughts, and influences my words.
  • I appreciate how far I've come.
  • Being thankful is a way of life. 
  • Gratitude is helping to heal me.
  • My default is appreciation.
  • My ability to receive is limitless.
  • I easily and effortlessly identify reasons to be grateful each day.
  • The dark helps me appreciate the light.
  • The pain helps me appreciate the pleasure.
  • My life is a blessing.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
So it is and so it shall be. 

Yessssssss. Thank you for sharing your energy with me here today - we are always stronger together. I invite you to return to this practice again and again and again. Gratitude is like a muscle in that the more you use it, the stronger the skill becomes.
