Soul Fitness means taking care of your body, mind, and spirit. It’s paying careful attention to the way you move and nourish your body, how well-rested you are, how you mitigate and manage stress, and how much joy your environment brings you. It’s about organizing and designing a life you love, one breath at a time. We don’t always hit high notes on all those points in the same day, but some times we do, and today we did. After a night of great sleep and a hearty breakfast, we hopped on the motorcycle and rode a couple of hours to Rock Island State Park to hike to one of the coolest collections of waterfalls we’ve ever seen. Worries, gone. Stress, melted. Muscles, worked. Bellies, full. Hearts, happy. May we all be so lucky more often than not.
