The word mantra comes from the ancient Sanskrit language. "Man" means mind, and "tra" means release. So a mantra is a combination of sounds, words, or phrases meant to release the mind from all the anxieties of material life. According to this study, we can obtain "miraculous advantages" by making use of the causal energy of a mantra. Repeating a mantra silently to ourselves in moments of stress or anxiety can literally send signals to our brain that help calm and steady our nerves.
