We can take any situation, any set of circumstances, any type of adversity, and we can complain about it or we can learn from it.
We can approach it with the heaviness of judgement or we can approach it with the freedom of curiosity.
We can alienate people by repeatedly assigning blame for why things are all messed up, or we can recognize that our own thoughts, beliefs, and actions are the only thing we have any actual control over.
We can choose struggle by contrasting what IS against our arbitrary expectation of what is *supposed* to be, or we can relax into the flow of what is unfolding.
As they say, if you don’t like something, you can change it, or change the way you think about it.
