If anything doesn't feel aligned for you, you can simply bless and release it before moving on. There is no wrong way to practice confidence! There is a quote attributed to Izak Dinesen that goes, "The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears, or the sea." It is this sentiment that sparked today's self care suggestion, which invites you to take whichever piece you have available to you and use it in the spirit of taking care of yourself. Social media is wonderful in a lot of ways and useful for a lot of reasons. At our convenience, we can stay in touch, get inspiration from creative minds we'd otherwise not have access to, watch our faraway friends' kiddos grow up, laugh together, mourn together, and cultivate friendships that geography might otherwise prohibit. And part of what makes our social media experience so dynamic is that everyone has the absolute right to use their page as they see fit.
